We're very lucky to have Bernard on board
Bernard has been working at Jubilee Scaffolding since summer 2022. Managing director Sarah Ann Waye said,
‘We regularly supply Acorn Woodshack with old scaffolding boards. After seeing a JEP article showcasing what they make with them, I decided to find out how they recruit their employees. It was also around that time I saw on LinkedIn an acquaintance of mine, Josh, who was featured for 10 years’ service as a lifeguard.
'We had an opening for someone to spray, maintain and service our materials, and JET had someone in mind who seemed the perfect fit.
‘Bernard has been a huge help and is very keen to learn new skills. I've been with Jubilee Scaffolding for 30 years and I've seen many people come and go. It’s a refreshing change to be able to employ someone who wants to have a job rather than someone who has been told to get one. Bernard has a great sense of humour and is so likeable. We're very lucky to have him on board and would consider approaching JET if we had another opening in the future.’
